Hi everyone.

I'm trying to unlock the BMW M3, I believe it's called, and I can't seem to get my cost to state up to $200,000. I can get it to ~$75,000 easy enough, but after that it's a nightmare.

I'm using a decked out Corvette Z06 with a heat level of 5, so the police are throwing Corvettes at me. I can keep ahead of them well enough, but I can't seem to lose them. And whenever I get lucky and they make a mistake and I am about to lose them, a heavy SUV spawns just ahead of me and is barreling towards me. I inevitably hit it head on, come to a complete stop, and get surrounded because of the sheer number of police chasing me. And if I hit the select button to reset the car, I appear outside of the police, but the "busted bar" (or whatever it's called) fills up almost instantly, even though I am moving and getting ahead of the police, who are in a huge pileup at this point.

Can someone give me ANY advice? Thanks...

I just achieved the 200K cost to state with the Porsche Cayman. The most important thing isn't speed, it's to get a car that handles like it's on rails. The Cayman, Elise, or Clio are probably best. Start at heat 1 or 0 if you can, that way you'll have more time to build up cost before it starts getting really hard. And stay off the freeway, stick to the city streets, you'll get fewer cars on you at a time that way. Also, use the speedbreaker when you see the Rhino SUV's coming to ram you. You can dodge them and if you do, often they will take out the patrol cars behind you as an added bonus.

Finally, just practice. Make sudden turns to shake the cops, and hit as many pursuit breakers as you can find. It's hard, but definitely doable. I lost my first game to a crash and did it again, so it's not like a 1 time thing. Good luck.
