can some trainer maker create a trainer with this option?

| i got the same problem as you .... i'm almost finished the game ... at 79% clear and starting getting very hard on me to win these guys so mabe if someone know's a trainer that can make the CPU RACER's or CHALLENGER's to freeze them or that they just stay there and only you can go and finish the laps!!! |

Unfortunately at the moment, there is nothing out there. All I can suggest is that if you are having major problems try alternating the cars that u use. Dont use high powered cars and exotics, try something slower. A lot of other forums use a term called "manipulative speed", as long as they are on your line of sight, they go slower than you. Use that to your advantage.
Also, pick a car like a 4WD (Lancer or WRX), that has decent handling and doesnt "slip". I had major problems with Blacklist #3 (Ronnie) and finally, I downgraded from the Murcielago to the Lancer and won it on the first go with the Lancer.

well that works... 
i was driving the 4WD WRX and can't beat them after i use a trainer to get some money (1,000,000) them i buy the Mclaren and build it to TOP and NO PROBLEM ... and beat also the LAST GUY (RAZOR).

well mabe you are good but just wait untill you get to the 3rd or 2nd on the Blacklist and you will see it will starting get SHITTY around as if they use some cheats!!! SPESIALLY the 2nd guy (BULL) with his Mclaren but to say trully that RAZOR guy was for me easier then BULL ... cause only the maps on the RAZOR's CHALLENGE was easier than BULL's one...  |

| haha, yeah. i have an Evo. but my supra just is hallin ass right now. maybe later on in the game ill switch, but i dont play it very much.. plus the supra is the car to show off! amazing lookss and speed! |
