I have found a glitch in NFSC that will allow you to play through career with any stock car you want! You may have figured this out already when the site's creater mentioned the "restart career to finish reward cards" thing, but if you didnt, here it is: start a new career or load a finished on ( all the way through ) that you have beaten darius in, then, sell all cars and lose the last to police, u lose the game, select the option to restart from the main menu, then begin, all of the cars and parts you unlocked before are still active! just get the money and have fun!
Also!, I am unraveling another glitch, one that may be even better ( or not at all a gitch, still researching ) when u restart, before starting again, enter quick race, you will have unlocked 35 secret races ( may differ, i have the collectors ed. ) including cross-area races, and in-city drift events!, complete these with a custom car ( use one for all of the races ), next, go and start career, then, get to the car class selectoin screen, move the cursor over exotic and then exit to main menu, go to quick race, there will be the first 3 races of Fortuna unlocked, complete them using the same custom car you used before, go back to career, you should be still in the class menu, move the cursor over muscle, go back and beat the kempton quick races with the same car, then, back to career, move it over tuner, exit to menu and do the downtown quick races, now save, and select your class, do not buy any cars, only parts for the one u have from the beginning, then go and unlock all of the safe houses and carlots, ( frequently save ) then, go to one of the car lots, at this point the custom you used may be available to buy. if not im still working.
PS: you know how when you beat darius how the reward card menu tries to open but the "Thank You for playing NFSC" screen over rides it? this may not occur, you may be able to get the lemans, im not at this poitn yet, i am still guessing. verification will be notified on my next post. in the mean time, try this out for yourselves.
NOTE: IMPORTANT! any custom cars like teh pinkslip boss cars will be lost forever in career, so i recomend making a copy before doing this. or you may be disappointed, you are not able to pick boss markers a second time around, so to unlock custom parts, u will need a new career if u didnt use the custom part markers before.

Possible entrance points for the custom car to glitch into the game:
1.) Beat the first region you start in, before starting the next race in one of the two regions now unlocked go to quick race and use the car you used to beat all the other races I mentioned earlier to beat the race of that area, 1 of 2 things will happen or nothing at all; but if it works, after beating said race the movie of that regions crew boss may play with that car you used in it, then when it is over, you will be glitched into career freeroam with that car, go to the safehouse, go to main menu and save, vwalla! if this fails and no movie plays, go to career and beat that same race with ur current car ( do not change cars! ) the movie will play as normal, this may warp u into the car from quick race or add it to carlot or safehouse. or not.
2.) Beat regions and unlock them all, but play as few regions as possible, ur on a mission to unlock races, once unlocked go to quickrace and beat them before beating them in career, then beat in career, continue until end of game, may unlock car used in quickrace.
3.) Beat darius, you know how when u beat darius how a card selection screen attempts to open but cant because the 'Thank You for playing NFSC' menu comes up, it may not come up and the cards may be able to be picked, this way u may be able to select pink slip for the Le Mans Quattro! if this works, it may cause a huge glitch, possibly unlocking the entire custom car list in the carlot ( cuz Le Mans becomes available, the rest may too! ) try this, it is the second most likely thing to happen.
4.) Beat all quick races with same car.
5.) At the beginning in the cross level, the bmw is in ur garage!, so heres the deal, it is also rebuyable at this time, load ur career, sell all cars, lose last to cops, restart career ( cuz u got game over ) bmw now available, enter career, as soon as the cross level starts, exit, and reload the career before u lost, bmw may now be available to buy or be in safehouse! ( all just theory i am currently testing )
Heres the way i have tested and proven to get the customs!
if all previously stated fails ( i will let u know ) go buy it for PC and download a trainer, have fun! |
