If you're talking about the windows Registry Editor ....
You can call this by entering RegEdit in the Run program menu.
Press start button, select Run. A little dialog box will appear.
Just enter Regedit and press enter (or select Ok button). The registry editor will be opened. You need to be a local admin to perform this task.
