2 errors on 2 machines

error number one on my own game:

when i launch the game etc, all is fine, but when im playing, something frustrating happens, it happens when im in the part or car shop, my mouse pointer doesnt show, but i can still select things if i move the mouse til something gets highlighted, odd eh, dunno what it is, im using current vid drivers too.

Error number 2, my budys game:

game used to work perfectly, but recently, whenever he tries to go into free roam or launch a race in any way other than from the blacklist, he gets a fatal exception error that makes the game quit, any ideas? cheers
