disable fall behind timer (never works)

hi...

so far i tried pizzadox's and unleashed's trainers and both of their "disable fall behind time" doesn't work... i'm doing them of course at the canyon races... massive canyon race points work but not the disable fall behind time...

how do you use it?

the fall behind works, but the overtake does not (the fall behind goes down to 8sec and restarts)

So.... theres no trainer out or anything that can prevent the timer from counting down when you get overtaken by e.g. Darius in the last canyon race?
I havent tried it, but the Unleashed trainer features the max acceleration. i'll try to get close to Darius early on, hit the key, ram him off the road, and then when its my turn to lead he should run out of points very quickly.
